Sample a range of premium, hand-crafted spirits at the Mermaid Gin Talk and Tasting Experience at Isle of Wight Distillery. With each 10ml you taste, you’ll learn about the ethical and ocean-inspired production of the spirit from a knowledgeable member of the team. Complimentary mixers will be provided to enhance the overall flavour of your spirits. The Mermaid Bar offers amazing views of the stills in action, so you can see first hand how the spirits are produced.

Mermaid Zest Gin, Mermaid Salt Vodka, HMS Victory Rum and the full collection of island spirits are some of the notable samples that will be on your tasting board. You’ll also try spirits that were crafted with a hint of sea air from wild-rock foraged samphire locally known as ‘mermaid’s kiss’, making this a truly memorable experience.
