Getting Paid.
Charity Funds & Account Settlement
At the close of the online platform, you will be sent a breakdown of activity, purchases and any monies raised which are paid within 7 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions
We charge a flat fee of 2% on all prizes & ticket sales, this covers our costs for processing your online payments and administration.
To help Charities raise much-needed funds, we have successfully created a unique prize giveaway via our membership club, offering unique prizes & competitions, which has proven to be exceedingly popular with all of our clients, event organisers & charities.
On your platform, your guests will help you raise more money via our Prize Giveaway and 100%* of ticket sales will be given to your Charity.
We will also donate the prize and a lucky winner will be chosen from your guests who participate and announced 3 working days after your online auction has closed.
Due to you receiving funds from this Giveaway, if enough guests participate it is likely that you will make more money than your initial package fee. This is just one more way that we try to lighten the financial burden and maximise your fundraising.
URKA has an incredible array of fundraising prizes for you to choose from and your Charity will receive 100% of all funds raised above the auction start price.
We aim to complete all aspects of admin and report back with a comprehensive breakdown of your sales and funds raised which are paid into your nominated account within 7 working days from when the platform is closed.
All URKA Holidays & Experiences will be delivered within 7 working days and any physical items (like framed collectables) within 28 working days from when the platform is closed.
Any Charity that encourages it’s supporters to join URKA will receive 100% of the first month membership fee for all new members. These members will also be entered into a monthly prize draw and also receive additional benefits & perks. (see more)
