URKA Members Club Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the URKA Members Club, operated by Globexpert Ltd. By joining our membership club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership

• Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Minimum Commitment: Members are required to commit to a minimum membership period of 3 months.
• Cancellation: After the initial 3-month period, members can cancel their membership at any time by logging in to their account and navigating to the “My Account” section. If you have signed up as a member during a charity fundraising event, the charity will receive your first months membership fee in full subject to you maintaining your membership for the full 3 month period. Monies will only paid over to the charity after the 3rd month subscription has been fulfilled.

3. Membership Benefits

• £5 Monthly Credits: Members receive £5 monthly credits to use on paid competitions. Members must log into their account once per month in order to automatically receive their monthly credits.
• Discounts: Members enjoy discounts on retail products, including experiences, days out, and holidays.
• Charity Support: Feel good knowing that your membership is helping our chosen charities and if you have joined whilst attending a charity fundraising event and have purchased prizes, you can redeem £10 off* your final purchase price.
• Monthly Prize Draw: Each month, members will be automatically entered into a free prize draw.
• Charity Events Prize Draw: This draw will take place at the end of the following calendar month of your signing up and becoming a member. (E.g: Joined in May, Draw takes place at the end of June)
  • Prize Announcement: All prizes will be announced ahead of time within the “My Account” section.
  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced monthly on social media and by email.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Members are responsible for ensuring that all their details are entered correctly. Globexpert Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrect details and the inability to contact a winner due to such inaccuracies.

5. Prizes

• No Cash Alternatives: No cash alternatives are available for prizes unless explicitly stated.
• Prize Delivery: Prize delivery details and logistics will be communicated to winners via the contact information provided in their account.

5. Limitations

• By entering into the competition and prize draw you hereby represent and warrant that you have reached the age of 18 and have legal merit to enter .
• You also represent and warrant that all information including documents that you may be asked to provide to Globexpert Ltd will be accurate, up to date and valid in all respects. Globexpert Ltd has a robust process for verifying the age and identity (“ID”) of every entrant should verification be required or necessary.
• This process includes the review and validation of your photo identification and steps to ensure that your photo identification is in the possession of, and belongs to, you. This process requires that you provide to the Globexpert Ltd a live capture of your face .
• You will be required to provide Globexpert Ltd with any valid government-issued identification that proves that you are the Legal Age of Majority or over (“ID”). If such ID was not issued by the jurisdiction in which such delivery occurs, you will be required to provide such other form(s) of identification as may be requested by the Globexpert Ltd . If Globexpert Ltd in its sole discretion, is not satisfied with your ID or the authenticity thereof, you shall be refused delivery of the prize and you may not be refunded for your participation pursuant to Globexpert Ltd terms of service.

6. Privacy

• Data Protection: Globexpert Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided during the membership registration process and throughout your membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Modifications: Globexpert Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email and through the “My Account” section.
