Description
Discover London’s rich transport history with a London Transport Museum Visit with Day Pass for Two Adults and up to Four Children.
Located in the heart of Covent Garden, this immersive experience delves into over 200 years of the capital’s transport heritage. Uncover how the iconic London transport network shaped the capital, from its earliest horse-drawn buses to the world’s first underground railway.
Wander through galleries filled with historic vehicles, world-famous posters, and fascinating artefacts, charting London’s evolution. Enjoy interactive exhibits such as taking to the driver’s seat on a Elizabeth line train or driving an iconic red London bus.
The museum is accessible for wheelchair users with level access at the Ticket Desk, and lifts to all floors. There are ramps in some areas.
Due to the historic nature of the museum’s collection, not all of the vehicles are accessible. To support your visit, a wheelchair is available for visitor use. Please ask at the Ticket Desk.
The area outside the Museum is cobbled, with a level path part of the way round. Induction loops are located at the Ticket Desk, Cloakroom, Library and Information Desk.
Our audio visual exhibits are either subtitled or fitted with induction loops. Large print Highlights Tours are available on request from the Ticket Desk and the Information Desk on the First Floor. Magnifiers are also available on request. Please ask at the Ticket Desk.
Assistance dogs are welcome, and water bowls are available on request, from the Ticket Desk.
