Voucher validity: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be both booked and taken before it expires.

Booking: Advance booking is required, and all bookings are subject to availability — booking well in advance (e.g., ~12 weeks ahead) is recommended.

Availability: The experience is generally available Sunday to Thursday, with excluded dates and weekend bookings subject to an upgrade fee.

Participant rules: Minimum age is 18 years; no children or pets allowed.

On‑site deposit: A damage deposit (e.g., ~£200) is required on arrival and refunded after departure if the bothie is left in good order.
