Description

Neil Pengelly is a full-time mixed media artist who has refined his artistic skills through hard work, determination and a natural eye for a good aesthetic. Neil uses the influences of modern day mixed
media artists’ such as Dan Pearce and Mark Davies to create visually stunning, vibrant and engaging artworks with many hidden messages, images and memories in each piece.

Each piece is embellished with microglitters, double mounted (white) and framed with acrylic. Limited Edition, numbered and signed by the artist.
