If you wish to enter any of our competitions for free, you must send an unenclosed handwritten postcard via Royal Mail with your personal information so we can identify you. Stating the following: Which competition you would like to take part in (written exactly as it is on the product page on the website), along with your details as follows;
Please send postal entries on a postcard with a first-class stamp to Urka Competitions, C/O – Globexpert Fundraising, Caswell House, Caswell Science Park, Towcester, NN12 8EQ
Any entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any paid entry received.
Entrants MUST have an active account on URKA Winners Club website when the free postal entries are processed, all postcard details MUST match the name and address on the related user account profile.
Once you have chosen your prize, you simply answer the question and select the number of tickets to enter the competition.
Go to your basket to complete your entry into the competition. All Urka Members can opt to spend their accumulated credits & use any discounts.
Your ticket numbers will be emailed once you have completed the checkout, and are available to view within the “My Account” section. All winners will be contacted by email or telephone*.

All Qualifying Entrants are solely responsible for providing accurate and current contact details to Globexpert Ltd. Globexpert Ltd will be in no way liable for any inability or inaccuracies with contact details or the lack of contact made by the winning entrant due to the Qualifying Entrant providing inaccurate contact details.
1) Browse the lots by choosing your preferred category and scrolling through.
2) To participate and support the charity, you must enter your chosen bid amount.
3) You will then be prompted to create a personal account by entering contact and payment details. The reason for this is to enable confirmation & update emails to be sent and also allow automatic payments should you win a prize.
4) To create an Account, ensure that you click “Register”
5) Strong passwords are required. A minimum of 12 characters.
6) Please note that Card Details are requested in advance so that payments can be taken if you win the prize, no other payments will ever be taken.
7) All successful winners will receive delivery of their prizes within 7 working days of the event taking place (unless they are physical items which are delivered within 28 working days).
** When creating a user account, you must choose a secure unique password.
