You’ll start with a breathtaking 2.5-hour sea and river cruise
past mangroves and stunning coastal vistas, arriving at your
secluded full board lodge on the legendary Kinabatangan River
for an immersive three night stay.
• Daily river safaris put you right up close to incredible wildlife like
proboscis monkeys, pygmy elephants, crocodiles, hornbills,
and hopefully the majestic orangutan (the King of Borneo!),
plus a guided mangrove tour full of kingfishers and mudskippers,
an insightful orangutan talk, a rainforest walk, and a visit to a
renowned orangutan sanctuary for unforgettable face-to-face
encounters.
• You’ll top your jungle days with a visit to ancient caves at dusk,
where you’ll witness a spectacular exodus of millions of bats
filling the sky, a truly magical natural spectacle.
• After the rainforest, a short flight and private boat transfer whisk
you to a luxurious 5 star eco resort island hideaway for four
nights in elegant hillside villas nestled in the rainforest canopy,
offering serene jungle or sea views with modern comforts.
• Mornings begin with lavish buffet breakfasts, followed by
days of pure adventure: canoeing through mangroves, hopping
on complimentary boat transfers to explore street food markets,
relaxing on a private beach, swimming in crystal clear waters,
